• We plan a viewing of the property;
• Communication on behalf of you as the potential tenant with the landlord;
• Preparing and signing the lease agreement/contract in the Dutch language;

• In case you wish to receive help during the rental period;

• If you have chosen this service, what can you expect from HET HOOFSE HUIS:
  We will be in close contact about your wishes, your family, your arrival, your rental time in
• The Netherlands. We start planning the search at the rental market, the offers, contacting colleague agencies. We will advise you about the offers, the merits, demerits, prices. When you have made a choice of the offers, we plan a tour in person or virtual. If necessary a 2nd viewing of the favorites you choose. We will negotiate on behalf of you. As you’ve chosen a new home, we stay involved during your period in the Netherlands, including after sales. Just let us know if you’re thinking about this service, and we discuss the costs of this service.
