What can you expect as a home owner during our collaboration:

You are the client, so your wishes are important to me. We meet at the property to be rented out and discuss your wishes and questions. This conversation is completely without obligation. When there is a 'click' and you decide to work with me, you will receive a quote by email containing my findings, advice and rental price. Everything is possible and I don't know 'no'.

In brief; there will be a recording of the house, presentation online and viewings. When the right tenant has been found, I draw up the rental agreement and a check-in follows (report and photo report). The tenant receives the key to his new 'home'.
