Relocation services tenant

When you rent a property from our database, you can expect the following from us:

On the account of the owner/landlord: rental commission and this comprises the following proceedings:

  • The costs of advertising the rental property on the websites;
  • One first viewing;
  • Negotiating on behalf of the owner/landlord with the potential tenant;
  • Preparing the rental agreement in the Dutch language;
  • Preparing the check in report at the start of the rental period (with pictures);
  • Awarding the property to you is to decide by the owner/landlord.

When you select a property on our website that you are interested in renting, you can count on these basic proceedings without additional costs for you as a potential tenant.

We offer you the possibility to choose extra services on behave of you as a tenant. You can choose several options. Also, it is always possible to receive further consultation and custom made proceedings during the rental period.

The following options are available:

  • In case you want to orientate yourself on the rental market before you start renting, you can use our expertise regarding the city of Maastricht, the suburbs, the location, nearby schools, sports accommodation, etc. For an orienting tour you pay € 45,- excl. 21% VAT per 30 minutes. (€ 54,45 incl. 21% VAT);

  • In case you wish to have a second viewing of the chosen property you already viewed or in case you want to view more properties, you pay € 45,- excl. 21% VAT per viewing. (€ 54,45 incl. 21% VAT);

  • In case you wish to receive the English translation of the Dutch rental contract, you pay € 250,- excl. 21% VAT. (€ 302,50 incl. 21% VAT);

  • In case you wish to receive an English translation of the check in or check out report, you pay € 80,- excl. 21% VAT. (€ 96,80 incl. 21% VAT);

  • In case you wish an appointment in our office, explanation of the Dutch rental contract in English, during which you can ask questions regarding the rental contract, you pay € 45,- excl. 21% VAT per 30 minutes. (€ 54,45 incl. 21% VAT);

  • In case you wish to receive help during the rental period that is not part of the basic services, you pay € 45,- excl. 21% VAT per 30 minutes. (€ 54,45 incl. 21% VAT);

  • In case you want to have a pre-inspection a couple of weeks before the final move out, which includes an inspection and advise on how to deliver the property back to the landlord, you pay € 45,- excl. 21% VAT per 30 minutes. (€ 54,45 incl. 21% VAT);

  • In case you want to be registered (and deregistered) from the company for gas, electricity or/and water by us, you pay € 75,- excl. 21% VAT. (€ 90,75 incl. 21% VAT);

  • In case you want to be registered (and deregistered) from the internet/TV company, you pay € 75,- excl. 21% VAT. (€ 90,75 incl. 21% VAT).
