This house is located a little outside the city. It is a spacious one family home with a garden, 2 roof terraces, a garage and it is close to the main roads.
Via the hallway (5m²), where you can find the guest toilet and meter closet, you will reach the living room (45m²). The kitchen (9m²) is located on the front side of the house and is equippred with a stove, a tradional oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. From the living room you can take the stairs downstairs where you canfind all of the bedrooms and bathrooms or upstairs where you can find another bedroom, which is currently used as an office. The bedrooms (15m², 11m² and 6m² respectively) and the bathroom (9m²), which has a bathtub, a wash basin and a second toilet, are both very cool in the summer as they are located below the house. The biggest bedroom gives access to the garden (16m²) that offers optimal privacy. The top floor (25m²) had access to the roof terrace, which is located on both sides.
